The Vamos Argentina fan engagement platform (the "Platform") is operated by Verofax and its affiliates ("Organizer") for and with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and official brand sponsors ("Sponsors"). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the Platform, play Experiences, submit user-generated content (UGC), or claim prizes. It applies globally, with additional disclosures for specific regions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Account data: Name, username, email, country, password/OTP, optional phone.
- Profile & settings: Communication preferences, language, notifications.
- Gameplay data: Scores, attempts, timestamps, leaderboard positions.
- UGC: Photos, videos, audio, captions, handles you submit or generate.

- Permissions: Camera, microphone, and storage access (for relevant Experiences).
- Social engagement data: Counts of likes, comments, reshares, and views from shared outputs (via APIs or reporting).
- Prize & KYC data: Shipping address, ID verification documents, age/eligibility confirmations.

3. How We Use Your Data

- Use of AI Services: As part of providing the Platform, certain User-Generated Content (such as photos, videos, or audio submitted by fans) may be processed by carefully selected third-party artificial intelligence services. These services are used only for defined purposes, including content recognition, moderation, caption generation, personalization, fraud prevention, and analytics. We ensure that all such providers act solely as data processors on our behalf under strict contractual terms, including compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed worldwide. When transferred outside your region (e.g., EU/UK), we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Data Retention
- Gameplay & leaderboard data: For the campaign + 2 years for audit.
- KYC/ID documents: Only as long as legally required (usually ≤90 days), then securely deleted.
- UGC: Retained as long as published or relevant to the Platform and promotional campaigns.
